Silvia Rubaki holds a degree in Psychology (Universidad Complutense de Madrid) and postgraduate and specialization degrees in psychoanalysis, mental health and migratory processes by Área 3 for the study of group, social and institutional dynamics; in community intervention by Universidad Lasalle, and in gender by Universidad de Comillas.
Since 2011, Silvia has been working in international cooperation and humanitarian action projects with Médecins Sans Frontières in the Central African Republic, Morocco or the Balkans. She has also worked for the Municipal Services at the Barcelona City Council, in the areas of Feminisms and citizenship, culture, participation and transparency rights.
Silvia has been working at anteverti since 2019 as a consultant, providing support in the coordination of the collaboration project between the City Council of Barcelona and the City Council of Kigali.
